The Lohse Concept (Loco) is a unique building technique that allows novice and do it yourself builders the opportunity to build like a professional. Building is very intimidating and can be very costly if everything doesn't go as planned. We have developed a simple method to efficiently and accurately precut the structural pieces used to build your garage, shop, barn, carport, shed or even dog house! Each part arrives at your jobsite cut and marked with easy to read wall diagrams and blue prints. Our easy to read plans allow you to simply nail the boards together to build your own kit, without paying a costly contractor.
We currently offer free delivery anywhere in Montana and have worked with city code officials in Havre, Great Falls, Lewistown, Bozeman, Missoula, Kalispell, Butte, Billings, Livingston, Helena and the State of Montana. We provide you with all materials and drawings to guide you through your project from the initial building permit to nailing the final trim piece.
